As a proud son of two WWII Veteran Marines, I learned early on in life that maintaining a strong faith in God, a positive mental outlook and a hard work ethic would increase the likelihood of my  achieving my goals. And yes, my mother wore combat boots, but she also drove a truck! From gathering two cent pop bottles and delivering papers to caddying at a local country club, my early years were full of lessons on the benefits of hard work and the value of a dollar.

I took this work ethic with me after high school and augmented it with first four years of advanced military training, compliments of the US Navy, followed by an additional four years of summa cum laude work at Ohio University.  With my BBA in hand, I was off to corporate America.

My time in corporate America stretched on for some seventeen years providing me with opportunities to gain knowledge in the areas of Engineering, Sales/Customer Service, Production Planning, and Real Estate. With my first purchase some twenty some years ago, I instantly became a Landlord. A few years later and in an effort to become a wiser consumer,  I obtained a real estate license and associated myself with Century21. Numerous years and children later, I continued my real estate training by obtaining a broker's license.

Most recently, I have worked as a property manager for a large corporation in the Jacksonville area learning just how the big boys run their operations. Seeing that the existence of quality property management services and reasonably price sales commissions were lacking at  the beaches,  I decided to  offer the public the benefit of my knowledge and experiences.  Therefore, my commitment as your local REALTOR® is to provide you with the specialized real estate service you deserve at affordable prices.
